I have searched some more about domains with pagerank as I think it is a quite interesting topic, if you want to increase traffic on your website. If you don’t like the idea of buying a domain with pagerank, there are a few things, that I found which you should be aware of. While it is good to get links from other websites, you should be aware of links from linkfarms (websites that contains no information but only have links to other websites) as they do not increase your pagerank. Another interesting thing I read was that the maximum pagerank you can achieve depends on the number of pages on your webpage! But NOT if the pages are too identical or so-called “cookie cutters” because they are considered spam and could penalize your site and decrease the pagerank. I am still very fascinated by all these do’s and don’ts…

Sale on summer tyres! Save up to 40% while buying tyres online at Goodgrip.co.uk. If you need new tyres you should really take the opportunity to buy tires from Goodgrip.co.uk right now, I now that I will because I have been looking to buy new tyres for a while now and this offer is perfect. I love to buy things on sale and sometimes I buy stuff just because they are an sale even though I don’t really need the stuff that I buy, it is just a great feeling to buy something that is on sale and it feel like I am making a bargain. I don’t make that much money and I really should not buy all the stuff that I buy but I cannot help myself. I would like new rims too for my car and if you buy tyres and rims togheter you save a lot of money.

It’s getting increasingly difficult to find good deals on antiques and cool second hand items in general. Oh, of course there’s still lauritz.com to name a great Ebay-styled auction site still going strong, but other than that the market’s not what it used to be. Not if you’re looking rather odd stuff, like I am. My favorite items an old kitchenware and electronics like toasters and coffee makers from the 1950’s and preferably of Eastern-European or Soviet heritage. My most precious item in that category is a deep red blender with a hammer and a sickle on in it made in a factory on the outskirts of Moscow in 1959. It works splendidly too. Someone once told me that Brezjnev himself used to blend his favorite cocktails in one. That would be the ultimate score for me, to get my hands on Brezjnev’s original blender. Sounds like it could be quite an expensive endeavor though.

I hate cars. They’re noisy they pollute and they are constantly in the way. The guy who invented the automobile, had he not already been dead for a 100 years or something like that, should be shot in the back of his head, chopped up and be fed to hungry dogs. I like bikes myself. Everyone should ride bikes instead of cars. Yeah, that would be good. You can’t really run over a deer or something with a bike, can you? Cars should only be allowed for food transports, as ambulances and other crucial stuff like that. I can even begin to describe how furious I get when I see a car big as house being driven a sole middle-aged man in a suit. Take bus, you idiot. Cars, oh how I hate them. I remember a female friend of mine telling me about a pick-up attempt she was exposed to not long ago. Apparently she was relaxing in the bar in some (pretty up-scale) club when a guy in a business suit and Gordon Gecko hair-do walk up to her and said something like this. “Hey, how are you doing? I just bought my first Mercedes today. Want to come over to my place and get cozy?” She shot him down, or at least that’s what she told me. I find amazing that people even consider using their car as a pick-up tool. But apparently they do, and apparently it works too. Strange place this world. It’s like I hate it but I want it too. But that’s enough for now. I’ve have get back to work. Right now I’m reading about something called seo hosting. It’s some sort of marketing device for websites. Maybe I can use it to promote my upcoming anti-car webpage.

I am to do survey at work in a not so distant future. The purpose is to gather information on the need and general expectations of a product we’re about to release. I don’t know what kind of survey tool I should use for the job yet. It isn’t a problem quite yet, but it will be if don’t make up my mind soon. People in the group we’re interested in make a good deal of money. We want to monitor their opinions since the product we releasing is going to be fairly expensive and most customers will belong to a high-income category. Anyways, many people who earn huge piles of cash work an equal amount of hours. Therefore it’s quite possible that they won’t have time for this sort of thing. I’m guessing many of them won’t open envelope is we send out a boring form by regular mail. Still, the same thing is likely to happen to anything sent by email. I mean, I delete most mail which isn’t from personal friends or directly related to my work. Hmm, trick this one. But, I’ll think of something. I usually do.
